It is possible to provisionally book a place on a course. To make a provisional booking, please call 01793 401884 or book online using the online course booking form.
Provisional bookings will expire after 30 working days or within 30 working days of the start date of the course, whichever is sooner, unless they have been confirmed.
To make a booking (or to confirm a provisional booking) the Course Booking Form must be completed and returned, along with full payment to:

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them. back to list>>
Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made in full at the time of placing a booking.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to Eastcott Vets or by credit/debit card by phoning 01793 401884.
If required, an invoice can be issued. This must be specified on the Course Booking Form at the time of booking. Invoices must be settled within 30 days or at the time of booking if the booking is made less than 30 days before the course. All course fees must be settled at least 30 days before the course date. All payments quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is applicable at the standard rate. back to list>>
Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
Fees will not be refunded if a cancellation is made within the 30 days prior to the course commencing. Cancellation before this time will incur a 20% administration charge. back to list>>
It is possible to substitute an alternative delegate on any place booked at no additional cost. back to list>>
A confirmed booking may be transferred to another Eastcott Referrals course, availability permitting. Eastcott Referrals is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.
Requests to transfer should be made in writing by post or email.
Transfers made within 30 working days of the course start date will incur a charge of 20% of the course fees.
A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations. back to list>>
Eastcott Referrals reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course. Where Eastcott Referrals cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Eastcott Referrals will not be liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation. back to list>>
Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic premises are non-smoking and all delegates are required to adhere to this policy. back to list>>
Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic premises are covered by Third Party Liability insurance, however, delegates should ensure that they themselves have appropriate insurance in place.
Delegates should be aware of the potential personal risks involved when attending courses involving surgical instruments and/or live animals and should ensure that they have adequate insurance. Save in the case of death or personal injury caused by its negligence, Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic will not accept any liability in respect of injuries caused during such courses or for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs or expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic, its servants, agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the courses, and the entire liability of Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic shall not exceed the amount of its charges for the provision of the course except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk at all venues. Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic will not accept any liability for loss or damage to vehicles.
Personal possessions and valuables are the responsibility of the delegates at all times and at all venues Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic will not accept any liability for the loss of or damage to personal possessions and valuables.
Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic not liable for any breach of this contract caused by matters beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), failures or interruptions of electricity supplies, weather of exceptional severity or acts of local or central Government or other authorities. back to list>>
