Inês Gordo
ECVS® Diplomate in Small Animal Surgery
Inês Graduated from University of Lisbon in Portugal in 2012. After working for 2 years in Portugal she moved to Austria to complete a rotating internship in small animals. After completion of this Inês moved to the UK and started working as an out of hours veterinary surgeon prior to undertaking a surgical internship. This was followed by a residency in a busy multidisciplinary referral hospital.
Alongside surgery, Inês main interest is in trying to develop new and less invasive techniques and to improve the standard of care with less morbidity for our patients. She has also worked as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Small Animal Surgery in the University College Dublin prior to moving back to the UK and starting in Eastcott.
