Andrew Beer

RCVS Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Surgery
Andy graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2015. He worked in general practice in North Devon for two years before undertaking a rotating internship at the Royal Veterinary College, London. In 2019 he started a Residency in Small Animal Surgery at Langford Vets, Bristol which he completed in 2023. Andy then worked at Dick White Referrals before moving back to the Southwest.
Andy successfully passed his ECVS board examinations in February 2025 to achieve specialist status. Andy enjoys all aspects of soft tissue surgery, but particularly thoracic and abdominal surgery.
In his spare time, he is kept busy by his Hungarian Vizsla Norman!
