Ana Gonzalez
RCVS and EBVS® European Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia
Ana graduated from the University of Leon, Spain, in 2014. After completing a 12-months rotating internship at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), she moved to UK in 2017 for an anaesthesia internship at Liverpool University. She then joined Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists where she successfully completed a three-year residency in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia in November 2022.
Following a year working as anaesthesia clinician in a busy referral in Cambridgeshire, Ana joined Eastcott in February 2024 where she is studying towards her European Diploma in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia.
Ana maintains a keen interest in all aspects of anaesthesia, but she has a strong interest in development of new loco-regional anaesthesia techniques in both dogs and cats and finds particular satisfaction in managing complex cardiothoracic cases.
