After their visit, every client is sent a short questionnaire asking them to rate the service they received from 0 – 10 and giving them the opportunity to feedback on their experience.  Even in these challenging times the results for the last 12 months speak for themselves.

Working in partnership with clients and vets

Any clients where the quality score falls below the standards we set ourselves will be investigated.  This may involve a follow-up call with the owner and their feedback is escalated to the hospital’s senior management team.  Every month our leadership team review these results and look at how we can continue to make our service the best it can be. 

We’re sharing these results as we know we work in partnership with primary care vets.  You place your trust in us to deliver first class care for your patients, so we want to demonstrate our commitment to quality extends beyond clinical procedures.
