Jordan Smith

Jordan qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon from the University of Nottingham 2017 and has spent 5 years working in primary care and referral practice. He has worked as a general practitioner and dedicated night vet within a hospital practice in Norfolk before making the move to the South West to gain further experience within the referral sector. Jordan has a key interest in new graduate welfare and has worked in pastoral roles alongside clinical work.

Jordan understands the challenges faced by general practitioners every day and is dedicated to forming sustainable relationships with Eastcott’s referring practices. He brings with him a passion for excellent patient care and an appreciation of the entire referral process from a general practitioner perspective.

Outside work he enjoys running and attending his local ParkRun as well as having a passion for all things nature. Jordan also has a working Cocker Spaniel called Lulu and a fox red Labrador called Otis, meaning you’ll often find him in wellies!
