Patient Flow Co-ordinator (Full time and part time roles available)

Following our hospital extension and significant expansion of our referral team, we have an exciting new role here at Eastcott Veterinary Referrals for a qualified RVN to join the team as a patient flow coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for the efficient throughput of cases across all departments of the practice.  

Working closely with the clinicians, nursing team, and leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of the day, to include timely management of emergencies and prevention of delays. This role requires strong, inclusive, decisive leadership, clear communication and the ability to inspire and motivate the team in order to deliver optimum patient care and achieve the hospital’s goals.
